Small crew, one shop, no layers. The person training you owns the company, the tools are maintained, and the standard is simple: work we would put in our own houses.
We hire for care over speed. Speed comes with reps; care does not come at all if it is not already there.
The work itself
- Design, measure, and finalize the layout. Layout resolved, every appliance model confirmed (cabinet openings are built around them), storage decisions made, field measurement done. Runs 1-3 weeks when decisions come fast; published design-phase schedules run up to 60 days with bidding.
- Demolition and site prep. Old cabinets and tops out, walls repaired, flooring corrected or installed, site protected. Starts only when cabinet delivery is confirmed near.
- Template appointment. The fabricator laser-measures or physically templates the installed cabinets and walls — capturing out-of-square corners and bowed walls the stone must be scribed to. Takes 1-2 hours. Cabinets must be set, level, and permanent; seam locations and overhangs are agreed on the spot.
- Rough-in corrections: plumbing, electrical, inspection. Moved supply lines, added circuits, panel or wiring surprises found behind the old cabinets, code fixes. Where permits apply, inspection scheduling adds real days. This is where hidden-condition delays live.
